Miley Cyrus Supports Occupy Wall Street, Loves Weed
Last weekend, while speaking into a microphone at her 19th birthday party, Miley Cyrus expressed her support for smoking marijuana, saying: “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”
In a completely related story, within a few days of her stoner comments, Miley also expressed her support for Occupy Wall Street, releasing a political video that sets her 2010 hit Liberty Walk to actual images from Occupy movements around the country.

Since the party, Miley’s rep has insisted that the pop star’s comments were a sarcastic joke: “It was a joke. It’s all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley’s response was intended to be sarcastic.”
The rep has not (yet) insisted that the Occupy Wall Street video was a sarcastic joke.
